Client Adivsory Board (C.A.B.)
N.C.A.P. Mission Statment:
The mission of the Northern Colorado AIDS Project is to improve the quality of life for men, women, and children affected by HIV/AIDS, and to help stop the spread of the disease.
C.A.B. Mission Statment:
The client advisory board (CAB) exists to provide a forum for all clients to voice their concerns, provide feedback and make suggestions regarding service delivery at the Northern Colorado AIDS Project (NCAP).
This comment form is designed to be a communication tool for your thoughts regarding NCAP services. If you wish to be contacted personally by a member of NCAP or the CAB, please provide the information below. Please feel free to send in your concerns anonymously; however, it will not be possible to let you know directly the results of your concerns.
CAB meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of every month, unless otherwise announced. Please submit written concerns to the board by the 20th of the month for consideration at that meeting, items received later than the 20th may need to be addressed the following month. Your comments or concerns listed here will be discussed at the CAB meeting; please expect a response within one week after the meeting. If you have an immediate concern, please contact your case manager or their supervisor.
